Can I ask a question before I book?

How long in advance should I book the accommodation?
The further in advance you reserve, the better. Our apartments are usually booked out within the next month.

When will I know if I can stay in the accommodation?

After we have received your booking request you we then double check with the accommodation provider (if necessary) and as soon as the booking is confirmed we will send you a confirmation. You will have this a confirmation within 24 hours. If you have not received one, feel free to ask, something may have gone wrong somewhere.

How do I pay?
Usually the open remainder of the payment is done on arrival. This can be cash, credit, or debit.

Do I need to pay for the accommodation in full now?
No. Once you have chosen to book a guest room or flat in Berlin you will only need to pay the pre-payment to secure the booking. The remaining amount should be paid in cash or credit once you arrive at the accommodation.

Will I have to pay a security/key deposit on arrival?
No, but there is a simple deposit procedure, credit card details are taken to cover any loss or damage.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Just let us know as soon as possible. We understand that things change, and if we are able to rent the entire period at normal price anyway, then you owe nothing. If not, then the difference should be paid.

What time do I need to check in and out?
Check-out is at 11. Check-in is normally after 3, but there can be some exceptions, just ask!
Late check-ins (after 2100) are charged at 10 Euros per started hour.

Will bed linen and towels be provided?
Yes, you will have fresh linens and towels waiting for you.

Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, a hair dryer is part of the standard equipment of our apartments, as well as an iron.

Does the accommodation have baby equipment such as a cot?
A baby cot is always available, if reserved in advance. The price for the service is 20 Euros for your entire stay.

Is there a cleaning charge?
There is usually a cleaning charge, between 25 and 35 Euros. You should see this on your confirmation if it has not already been included in the price. If there is any doubt here, feel free to ask.

What happens if I don’t receive a booking confirmation email within 48hrs?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email after booking it’s best not to assume it’s booked. Also, you should check all your email folders just in case it’s been placed in the spam or junk folders. If that’s not the case please contact us quoting the reference number on the initial email we sent you.
